Items must be returned within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, less the cost of shipping & handling. Customers also have the option of a store credit equal to 100% of the purchase price.
Contact Customer Service at 972-252-3698 within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. Please inscribe the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box or on a document inside the shipping box. All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS of USPS for your return.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 10 business days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturing error or a shipping error on our part.

Please supply Customer Service with the order number from your original transaction confirmation along with your name and email address. Nutrition Source will ship a replacement product to you within a timely manner.
If there is an item missing from your order, please check your invoice. This will tell you if the missing item was shipped, cancelled due to being out of stock or discontinued. Call Customer Service and they will assist you further. We will need your name, the order number and the item that is missing.
